New landscape painting: searching for a title

This new painting is close to finished but needs a title. I need to lighten the trunk of the foreground tree and a few other tweaks, but it is close to finished.

Winter Sky: new landscape in oil

This new painting: Winter Sky, oil, 24x48, is the newest in my Colorado series. This is near Shadow Mountain Lake which is just outside of Grand Lake. I chose this title because this painting captures the sky was bringing the weather our way! It did snow the next day.

Peacefull Clearing: Landscape in oil

Peaceful Clearing, 24x36, oil.
This painting is another in my series of favorite places to drive in Colorado. This aspen view was near Shadow Mountain Lake which is in the Grand Lake area just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. So many of the people who visit my studio in the Foundry recognize the subject matter of this series because they've been to Colorado. It's fun to talk about favorite places, towns, etc.
